Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the 1gr14 website at 1gr14.dev (the "Site") and the Support Pack subscription (the "Service"). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

The Service is operated by:

In these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" mean this entity. "You" means the person using the Service.

2. The Support Pack

The Support Pack is a paid subscription. Its main purpose is to support the open-source work of 1gr14. In return, active subscribers get a set of rewards — extra benefits that come with their support.

Current rewards:

Start0 — access to the private Start0 source code repository on GitHub. Start0 is a SaaS TypeScript boilerplate built around the Point0 framework.
Guide0 — development guides. Availability is announced on the Site.

The rewards above describe the Service as it is today, not a fixed promise. See section 3.

3. Rewards can change

The Support Pack is support first, rewards second. We may add, change, pause, or remove any reward at any time, with or without prior notice. The contents of the Support Pack are not guaranteed and may differ from what is described here.

Your price stays as agreed when you subscribe and changes only as described in section 5. A change to the rewards is not a price change and does not, on its own, entitle you to a refund. If you no longer want the Support Pack after a change, you can cancel at any time (see section 10).

4. Your account

You need an account to subscribe. You can sign in with email and password, or with Google, GitHub, or Telegram.
Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
Keep your credentials safe. You are responsible for activity under your account.
One account is for one person. Do not share it.

5. Pricing and billing

The Basic plan costs $10 per month or $100 per year (USD).
The subscription is recurring. It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
We charge you through our payment processors (see section 6).
We may change prices. We will give you notice before a change affects you, and the new price applies from your next renewal. If you do not agree, you can cancel before that renewal.
Where DodoPayments acts as Merchant of Record, applicable taxes are calculated and collected by DodoPayments.

6. Payments and processors

We do not receive or store your full card details. Payments are handled by third parties:

Card payments are sold and processed by DodoPayments acting as our Merchant of Record. DodoPayments is the seller of record for those transactions, issues receipts, and collects applicable taxes. Your card or bank statement may show DodoPayments. The DodoPayments terms and privacy policy also apply.
Payments made through Telegram are processed by Tribute. Their terms also apply.

7. Access to Start0

While your subscription is active, you can request an invitation to the private Start0 repository for your linked GitHub account.
You must link a valid GitHub account. The invitation gives that account read (pull) access to the repository.
Access is personal to you. Do not share, sell, or transfer it.
We may rate-limit repeated access requests to protect the Service.
When your subscription ends, your access ends. We may keep your access for a short grace period after the paid period ends, after which we remove you as a collaborator.

8. License to use Start0

While your subscription is active, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Start0 source code to build your own applications, including commercial ones. Projects you build with Start0 remain yours after your subscription ends; you lose access to the repository and future updates.

You may not:

republish, resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Start0 source code, or any substantial part of it;
share, sell, or transfer your repository access to anyone else;
use Start0 to create a competing boilerplate, template, or starter for distribution.

9. Acceptable use

Do not:

break any applicable law while using the Service;
bypass or attempt to bypass access controls, billing, or rate limits;
share access that is meant to be personal;
disrupt, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service beyond what the law allows.

10. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from your account or through your payment provider's portal. Cancellation stops future renewals.
After you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the current paid period. You keep your rewards until then.
Payments are non-refundable. We do not refund the current or past periods, including partial periods or unused time.
Where DodoPayments is the Merchant of Record, any refunds are handled under the DodoPayments policies.
This section does not affect mandatory refund or withdrawal rights you may have as a consumer under the law of your country (see section 16).

11. Intellectual property

The Site, the Service, Start0, Guide0, and all related content are owned by us or our licensors. Except for the license in section 8, you receive no rights to our content, trademarks, or code.

12. Service "as is"

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service and all rewards are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date. For material changes, we try to notify you in advance. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Termination

We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or abuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling and, if you wish, deleting your account.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If you use the Service as a consumer, you keep the mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live; nothing in these Terms removes those rights.
