This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the 1gr14 website at 1gr14.dev and the Support Pack subscription, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have.

2. What we collect

Account data — your name, email, and, if you set one, a hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.
Sign-in identifiers — if you sign in with Google, GitHub, or Telegram, we receive a unique account identifier and basic profile details from that provider.
GitHub username — to invite you to the private Start0 repository.
Subscription and payment data — your plan, billing period, subscription status and dates, and payment records (amount, currency, status, and the processor's transaction IDs). We do not receive or store your full card number.
Support communications — the content of emails or messages you send us.
Technical data — IP address, browser and device information, and server logs, collected automatically when you use the Site.

3. Cookies

We use essential cookies only — to keep you signed in and to remember your settings, such as your theme. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

4. How we use your data

Contract — to run your account, subscription, and repository access.
Legitimate interests — to keep the Service secure, prevent abuse, and improve it.
Consent — where we ask for it, such as optional messages. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Legal obligation — to keep tax and accounting records.

6. Who we share data with

We use third-party providers ("processors") to run the Service. Each receives only the data it needs:

DodoPayments — card payments and Merchant-of-Record billing.
Tribute — payments made through Telegram.
GitHub — to send and manage your repository invitation.
Google, GitHub, Telegram — when you choose them to sign in.
Resend — to send transactional emails.
Our hosting and database provider — to run the Site and store data.

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data if the law requires it.

7. International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries outside the one where you live. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

8. How long we keep data

We keep account and subscription data while your account exists and for as long as we need it for the purposes above.
We keep payment and tax records for as long as the law requires.
When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your data, except records we must keep by law.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

access the data we hold about you
correct inaccurate data
delete your data
receive a copy of your data in a portable form
object to or restrict certain processing
withdraw consent at any time
complain to your local data protection authority

10. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data. Passwords are hashed, and your card data is handled by our payment processors, not by us. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
